I began this series at the Los Angeles County Fair Grounds when I was first invited to demonstrate at the Millard Sheets Gallery in 2008.  After gallery hours, I would go into the park to sketch, paint and capture reference photos of the crowds, rides, lights and bustle of activity.     Later in my studio, I developed these sketches into paintings.   Truly a viewers delight.
